1. Fill out and print the membership form and mail it along with your check- made out to AAUW-Sheboygan – ($93 – Regular Membership/$67 National Association/$13 State/$13 Branch)  to: AAUW- Sheboygan, PO Box 244, Sheboygan, WI 53081-0244
2. Apply and pay online with credit card at AAUW.org.
